By accessing https://hackeronstreet.com or using HackerOnStreet services (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

Content is for learning, research in authorized environments, and defensive security awareness. You must only practice techniques on systems you own or have explicit written permission to test.

Unauthorized access, attacks on third-party systems, fraud, malware distribution, or any illegal activity using Site content is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination and reporting to authorities.

If you create a Student Lab or Studio-related account, you must provide accurate information, keep credentials confidential, and notify us of unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity under your account.

We process account and customer-support data as described in the Privacy Policy. We do not sell your personal information. You may request deletion or export of account-related personal data subject to legal retention needs.

Site branding, layout, and original writing are owned by HackerOnStreet Systems or its licensors. You may link to public pages and quote short excerpts with attribution for non-commercial commentary. Scraping at abusive rates, republishing full articles without permission, or removing notices is not allowed.

You retain rights to content you lawfully submit (e.g. bug reports). By submitting, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use that material to operate, secure, and improve the Site.

The Site may display Google AdSense and similar ads. Ads are provided by third parties and may use cookies or similar technologies subject to your consent choices and our Cookies Policy. We are not responsible for third-party ad destinations or offers.

You agree not to:

• Misrepresent affiliation with HackerOnStreet.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HackerOnStreet Systems and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or business arising from your use of the Site. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the Site is limited to the greater of fees you paid us in the prior 12 months (if any) or USD $50.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the Site, violation of these Terms, or infringement of others’ rights.

These Terms are governed by the laws of United States (with GDPR protections for EEA/UK visitors), without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protections in your country apply. Courts with jurisdiction over the operator’s principal place of business shall hear disputes, subject to those mandatory rights.
